Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI)
We have a deep commitment towards food safety and quality. We show that commitment through our ongoing development of our food safety program and protocols, as outlined by GFSI. We utilize the expertise and help of AIB International to not only maintain but to improve our internal program for food safety and quality. AIB’s personnel have always been helpful and are always willing to continually instruct and lead us into safer ways to produce our food. Per GFSI’s food safety regulations, we are a BRCGS Certificated Facility, and we wear that badge with gratitude and honor.
We approach the marketplace differently than most. We offer sustainably grown, conventional product–product that hasn’t been inundated with fungicides, insecticides, or burn-downs. We are also a certified organic facility under the protocols and procedures of the USDA’s National Organic Program (NOP). Similar to AIB International for our food safety program, we have partnered with CCOF Certification Services headquartered in Santa Cruz, California for all of our organic needs. CCOF’s services are fabulous, and we work with them closely to help us maintain our organic standards and improve our implementation efforts.
Gluten Free (GFCO)
The products we currently handle are naturally Gluten-Free. Nonetheless, we decided to take it a step further by having our facility certified Gluten-Free under the standards of Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG). We uphold those standards by working with Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO).
We are certified Kosher facility by Phoenix Vaad Hakashruth in Phoenix, Arizona.
